drop unused modules and packages in user

removed modules:
- alacritty.nix
- i3.nix
- polybar.i3.nix (polybar.bspwm.nix is now renamed to just polybar.nix)
- urxvt.nix

removed packages:
- appimage-run
- ghidra-bin
- inkscape
- lf
- mps-youtube
- vlc
