chore(readme): remove mentions of llm assistance

It barely helped and I have since stopped using it. Maybe later where it
actually makes an impact I'll disclose it here again. But for the
moment, all I've been doing is forcing myself to use it and fight
against its undecipherable, hallucinated code.
